What is your shipping policy for large furniture items?
Large furniture and oversized items are shipped via White Glove Delivery to ensure they arrive safely. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. For international inquiries outside of North America, please contact our concierge team for a custom shipping quote.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most non-furniture items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that furniture, lighting, and vintage one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our items are handcrafted by skilled artisans using natural materials. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and celebrated as unique characteristics of the piece.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement; however, once an item has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make modifications.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. For White Glove deliveries, our carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
